IT WAS AWESOME!!

I loved it! There was one guy there so I’m hoping my hubby will join me when he’s on break. Afterward, my MIL and I ran to the store to see if I could find anythign for DH to wear to work out in – and God was soooo good to me!!

I found three pairs of shorts – one was $2 and two were $1!! Two Tshirts for $5 each. And, three shirts for work at $2 each!! And, they are going to look great on him! Tomorrow is a Holiday for his school – so I’m praying that he will go down to the club and learn how to use the equipment.

UPDATED:  Yes, Beth – there are classes every day – at multiple times.  Tomorrow morning, Mom, Nancy and I are going and then Eric’s going for his orientation at 2pm.  🙂

I’m pretty excited

My inlaws have gifted our family with a club membership!  I love, love, love to swim and they are the only club in town with water.  So, in about 15 min my MIL and I will be doing our first water aerobics class together (my mom is a member too – but she can’t come today)!  20 years ago when Eric and I were newly engaged, my MIL and I took water aerobics classes together – and we had so much fun!  I’m not even really thinking about the side benefits of losing weight – I’m just so excited to get in the water again!!  🙂

Wrong, wrong, wrong!!

Last night, I was watching the election returns with my hubby – he loves politics and it was his birthday – and I saw a CHRISTmas commercial!  I was flabbergasted!  I’d say that I’d be sure not to shop there … if I only could remember WHAT they were advertising! lol

Of course, what can I expect since the school supplies in our local stores were replaced by CHRISTmas decorations – right alongside Halloween costumes. Wrong on sooo many levels!

If I’m not careful – I’m going to burn out on CHRISTmas before December and then we’ll be in trouble.
