Theresa asked in the comments why no photos of all these projects…well, it’s because I give them away! LOL  One of the reasons I have so many was due to all those hats – for charity and all my boys!  I’ll try to be better – I promise!

Oh, and Theresa – I registered for the level 1 of TKGA’s master program – gonna do it too?

My favorite podcast is asking how many projects we’ve completed in 2006. Well, I was sure surprised when I added mine up!

Felted purses – 4

Socks – baby 2
Socks – adult 3

Baby Sweaters – 3

Shawl – 2

Scarves – 3

Hats – 10

Christmas Stockings – 2

GRAND TOTAL: 29!!

Wow – I’m surprised! My favorite were probably my socks which I call the Monet Socks due to the colors.
So, 2007 – what will I knit! Well, I’m planning some lace…some socks…finish the sweater that is currently making me crazy…and I’m about 90% sure I’m going to do TKGA’s Master Knitter Program. Looking forward to 2007!! 🙂

It’s begun! The days are flying by! In addition to frantic shopping and wrapping – here’s what we’ve been up to the past few days:

Thursday night, the school where DH teaches and J1 & J3 attend had their Christmas celebration. J1 sang with his class – but unfortunately he was completely hidden from my view and my camera! 🙁 His brother, however, was right in front of me! He was a donkey in the Kindergarten nativity:

After this performance I got this great shot of all three of my guys – love this picture!

FRIDAY J1 and J3’s classes combined to make gingerbread houses – here are their masterpieces:

Yesterday, while surfing around I stumbled across this local website – The Lea Lover’s Room. Of course, while it is local in that she reviews tea shops within 100 miles of Sacramento – don’t discount it if you do not live in the area! She also has a Teacast! A Podcast all about tea! I listened to the first one today and was suprised how much I enjoyed it! I know – ever a sceptic!

If you are a tea lover or would just like to know more about ‘taking tea’ – check out her site. My friend Ruth also has some tea links on her website if you would like more tea information.

Enjoy!

Edited to fix broken link above – it should be working now!  Thanks for catching that Ruth!
