Week One: January 3rd-9th
“Tea as a mood lifter: How does tea improve your day? What is your favorite time for a nice, hot cuppa?”

I like the act of making tea almost as much as sipping it.  Choosing my tea as the water warms…choosing a cup…waiting 3 or 4 minutes for it to steep…finding a quiet place to sit…even sipping it as it’s just a bit too hot.  All that means that I’ve slowed down a bit.  Anytime I can slow down and breath really helps my day.

I generally have tea in the evening with my Hubby.  It warms us up and helps us end our day quietly and peacefully.
