Tonight we made homemade fries to compliment our grilled hamburgers – YUMM!  I cut our potatoes evenly – toss in a big zip lock back with some garlic salt and olive oil.  Shook to mix it up and poured out onto a cookie sheet.  Bake for 45 min in a 425 degree oven.

We are definitely making it again!

  1. This works great with just chunks/cubes of potatoes too if you want something for an adult meal like with steak or chicken. Our favorite for this is olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic (fresh and we use a lot!) and rosemary. Try it with red potatoes too.
