{"id":13236,"date":"2016-03-18T06:30:37","date_gmt":"2016-03-18T14:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/osbornz.net\/amy\/?p=13236"},"modified":"2016-03-18T06:30:37","modified_gmt":"2016-03-18T14:30:37","slug":"cooking-in-our-house","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/osbornz.net\/amy\/?p=13236","title":{"rendered":"Cooking in our house"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kellyskornerblog.com\/2016\/03\/show-us-what-you-are-cooking-right-now.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kelly&#8217;s Show Us Your Life this week is &#8220;Show Us what you are cooking right now&#8221;.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>But, I&#8217;m not. \u00c2\u00a0Cooking that is! \u00c2\u00a0My wonderful manchild 15 yr old chef is doing that M-F and I&#8217;m skating through on the weekends! \ud83d\ude09 It&#8217;s marvelous!!!! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>But, on special occasions, I will make our family favorites and our most requested is &#8220;Oven fried chicken&#8221; from Betty Crocker&#8217;s Cookbook with our tweaks<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 15px;\">1\/4 cup butter or margarine (I use less, maybe 1\/8?
