<\/a><\/p>\nBut how cute my daughter is, is not why I’m frowning.<\/p>\n
The last stop of the day was the grocery store for a component of our meal that I completely forgot.\u00c2\u00a0 It is not a store I frequent normally, but it is the closest one to our new home.<\/p>\n
The checker was oohing and aahing over JGirl and trying to get her to talk to her.\u00c2\u00a0 But then JGirl got a bit nervous when she called a few of her friends over.\u00c2\u00a0 The checker said ‘oh it’s ok she just wants to know if Mom….(looks at me) Gra….(still looking at me)….” and I correct her.\u00c2\u00a0 “It’s mom.” :(\u00c2\u00a0 It is the gray hair?\u00c2\u00a0 Is it the look of exhaustion?\u00c2\u00a0 Or is it that I have friends my age who really ARE grandma’s?\u00c2\u00a0 Sigh.\u00c2\u00a0 I don’t know.\u00c2\u00a0 But it was a crappy way to end the day!<\/p>\n
