I’ve been on a starting spree!\u00c2\u00a0 But I’m so excited that I’m enjoying knitting again and excited about many patterns!<\/p>\n

Here’s some of the projects on my needles:
\nPink Cabled Bag<\/a>
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

My local knitting group is having a Knit-along (KAL) for a bag.\u00c2\u00a0 Everyone choose a different pattern and this was my choice!\u00c2\u00a0 Really enjoying it!<\/p>\n

Hemlock Ring Blanket<\/a>
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

A baby blanket.\u00c2\u00a0 There will be a new baby in our family soon and I’m thinking this will be for him. Since I took this picture yesterday this blank is already 3 times this size.\u00c2\u00a0 Need to take another photo.\u00c2\u00a0 The yarn is a machine washable cotton\/acrylic which will be perfect for their hot summers.\u00c2\u00a0 I want to make another one of these for me – so far it’s a great project!<\/p>\n

Seascape Stole<\/a>
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Another KAL for my local group…this time lace.\u00c2\u00a0 I’m thinking this will be for a certain female family member who always loves everything I knit.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s even in a colorway that she would love.\u00c2\u00a0 It was going quickly until I started the blanket yesterday.<\/p>\n

Father Day Socks<\/a>
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

I made socks for my stepmom last year and wanted to start my dad’s next.\u00c2\u00a0 The yarn I picked out for his socks did NOT work and I finally realized that these socks were perfect for him.\u00c2\u00a0 I think they will look awesome in his crocs or birks!\u00c2\u00a0 They will be here next week and I’ll make sure the length is right and start the heels.\u00c2\u00a0 Hope to have them done by Father’s Day…but we’ll see!<\/p>\n

Sissy’s Summer Dress<\/a>
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

This is a cotton yarn that is left over from a couple of other projects.\u00c2\u00a0 It will be a wonderful summer dress that I am hoping isn’t too big.\u00c2\u00a0 Boring stockinette so great project for tv show to which I want to pay attention!<\/p>\n

Old Sweatshirt Sweater<\/a>
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Hmm… no picture in my flickr account.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s an oatmeal sweater – which is great – but not nearly as interesting as socks or lace so it sits….and sits…and sits.\u00c2\u00a0 But one of these days I’ll start that 2nd arm and I’ll be wearing it – maybe next fall!<\/p>\n
