1. Are you a yarn snob (do you prefer higher quality and\/or natural fibers)? Do you avoid Red Heart and Lion Brand? Or is it all the same to you?<\/strong>
\nI use RH and LB for my kids – it will hold up to anything and washes like a champ! But I’m enjoying more natural fibers! I don’t have the budget to be a snob!<\/p>\n

2. Do you spin? Crochet?<\/strong>
\nI crochet<\/p>\n

3. Do you have any allergies? (smoke, pets, fibers, perfume, etc.)<\/strong>
\nNo…but I don’t like the smell of smoke\/pets. <\/p>\n

4. How long have you been knitting?<\/strong>
\nAbout 2 years<\/p>\n

5. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list?<\/strong>
\nI did…but then I deleted it…It made me really greedy….I want, I want, I want. Ugh!<\/p>\n

6. What’s your favorite scent? (for candles, bath products etc.)<\/strong>
\nI like vanillas, Gardenias, just about anything….except roses. Love the real thing…but in scents – ugh.<\/p>\n

7. Do you have a sweet tooth?<\/strong>
\nYes please! LOL I like cinnamons and chocolates!<\/p>\n

8. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do?<\/strong>
\nI’m starting to scrapbook again and I crochet.<\/p>\n

9. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer\/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD)<\/strong>
\nI like country, Christian contemporary music, classical. I don’t have an ipod or anything…I don’t even have a CD player in my car! LOL But I can play CDs on my laptop or stereo.<\/p>\n

10. What’s your favorite color? Or–do you have a color family\/season\/palette you prefer? Any colors you just can’t stand?<\/strong>
\nI love purple. I really like just about any color. Not overly fond of orange and brown though. <\/p>\n

11. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?<\/strong>
\nI’ve been married to my DH for 18 years – we have 4 sons. J1 is 10, J2 is 8, J3 is 4 and Josh was only with us for 8 mos (5\/29\/02-2\/22\/03)<\/p>\n

12. What are your life dreams? (really stretching it here, I know)<\/strong>
\nhmm…how about what I do for a living? LOL I’m a sahm and home educator. I also do independent contractor for a homeschool magazine and web design for some local organizations (mainly volunteer).<\/p>\n

13. What is\/are your favorite yarn\/s to knit with?<\/strong>
\nI like it all! Natural fibers feel the best!<\/p>\n

14. What fibers do you absolutely *not* like?<\/strong>
\nThat ‘fun fur’ – ugh – not worth the hassle!<\/p>\n

15. What is\/are your current knitting obsession\/s?<\/strong>
\nsocks – going to make Christmas stockings for my extended family.<\/p>\n

16. What is\/are your favorite item\/s to knit?<\/strong>
\nWhatever I’m working on right now!<\/p>\n

\nA purple shawl, socks, sampler from “The Sweater Workshop” by Jacqueline Fee<\/p>\n

18. What do you think about ponchos?<\/strong>
\nI wanted one, but I couldn’t find a pattern I liked. Now I’m afraid I’m behind the times!<\/p>\n

19. Do you prefer straight or circular needles?<\/strong>
\ncircular<\/p>\n

20. Bamboo, aluminum, plastic?<\/strong>
\nI don’t like the screech-screech sound of aluminum…makes my skin crawl!<\/p>\n

21. Are you a sock knitter?<\/strong>
\nYes<\/p>\n

22. How did you learn to knit?<\/strong>
\nI went to a class at the local Adult ed. Then I started reading books!<\/p>\n

23. How old is your oldest UFO?<\/strong>
\n2 years<\/p>\n

\nI like the muppets! \ud83d\ude42 And, I collect Lambs – my nickname is BelovedLamb<\/p>\n

\nThanksgiving<\/p>\n

\nLambs and Willow tree figurines<\/p>\n

27. What knitting magazine subscriptions do you have?<\/strong>
\nI can’t decide which one…I got a subscription for mother’s day…but haven’t redeemed it yet.<\/p>\n

28. Any books out there you are dying to get your hands on<\/strong>
\nYes! I really wanted to read Yarn Harlot’s<\/a> book – but haven’t had the chance to treat myself to it!<\/p>\n
