Last night, we went to the Yolo County Fair.\u00c2\u00a0 You won’t see any pictures of the teenagers because they grabbed the kids phone and were gone – only to return at designated times begging for tickets and food! LOL<\/p>\n

So, while they did whatever they did – here’s what we did:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

J3 scored the biggest bag of Cotton Candy I’ve ever seen.\u00c2\u00a0 You can see Hubs in the background shelling out the big bucks for this big bag!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Sissy was proudly showing us what she got – an ID from the local Masons!\u00c2\u00a0 They do this every year and we really appreciate it!\u00c2\u00a0 They get a thumbprint and take their photo to make an id card.<\/p>\n

J3 was a great big brother and took Sissy on a ride:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>But, J3 also had tickets burning a hole in this pocket – but scared himself out of riding the scary one he thought he wanted to ride:<\/p>\n

Instead he settled for the Ferris wheel…until he found out he had to have a partner! :(\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 But here is the ride J3 finally settled on:

\"\"<\/a>I had forgotten how cold it gets at the fair after the sun goes down and the Delta breezes start up!\u00c2\u00a0 Daddy got our girl a poncho that really made her toasty warm!\u00c2\u00a0 (forgive the Paci – she was definitely out too late last night!)<\/p>\n

We had a great time.\u00c2\u00a0 We saw some old friends….lots of fair entries from friends in both 4H and my knitting friends….ate a Funnel cake and Eric got a corn dog…and saw lots of ‘interesting’ folk out! LOL<\/p>\n

NOW it feels like Summer is over!\u00c2\u00a0 On to Fall!! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
