I’ve been adding a few books to my wishlist…thought I’d share:<\/p>\n

\nI picked up this book at the library and it’s the first knitting book that I knew I MUST own. Two words: Knitting Quilts!! I’m inspired! I can’t wait to try an Attic Window Quilt with two needles and some great yarn!<\/p>\n

\nI like the idea of healthy food in 30 mins! I’m not a cook…I watch cooking shows though! \ud83d\ude09 My favorite – well, my second favorite is Rachel Ray’s “30 Minute Meals”<\/a>. My favorite is Alton Brown’s Good Eats<\/a>! Science + food = smart fun!<\/p>\n

On the food theme…tonight we are having Tuna Linguine…a super-fast, yummy meal that everyone enjoys! Try it on your family! <\/strong><\/p>\n

TUNA LINGUINE<\/strong>
\n1\/2 cube butter
\n1 clove garlic
\n1 dash cayenne pepper
\n1 tsp parsley
\n1\/2 c parmesan (not the shaker kind – the shredded kind)
\n1 can tuna (we prefer albacore)
\nLinguine NoodlesCook noodles according to package instructions. Saute tuna and garlic in butter. Add cayenne and parsley. Mix with noodles and sprinkle with parmesan.

In real life…we are having some problems with J1 – we are calling a counselor to see if they can help us. He’s had some issues from his very early days (he joined our family at 17 mos old) and losing his little brother a few years ago have not helped. I think oncoming puberty is slightly scary to him too. I’m worried for him and the choices he is making. I would definitely appreciate prayer for patience, understanding and wisdom!<\/p>\n
