Sorry Julie!!<\/p>\n<p>Check out this link: <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Podcast\">http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Podcast<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Basically it reminds me of a radio program&#8230;but one you can download into your computer or MP3 player.  For me, it&#8217;s allowing me to have something to listen to during my workouts.
