It seemed that my sil and bil were going to bring dinner (he&#8217;s a chef) and there was enough for our family too &#8211; could they all come over here?  Even though we are in an apt we have lots of space and a decent sized kitchen.  I ran around like a wild woman &#8211; vacuuming and stashing! LOL  By the time they got here I was WIPED out! LOL<\/p>\n<p>There was lamb, zucchini and garbanzo beans and this wonderful sauce served over cous-cous (sp?) &#8211; iranian bread with different dips (for lack of a better term).  The dips were made out of eggplant, hummus, roasted red peppers and black eye peas.  And then we topped ourselves off with bakalava (sp?) and mint tea.  <\/p>\n<p>All that good food combined with the loooong day and the hasty clean up equaled one tired Momma! LOL   I practically feel asleep in my chair several times!!
