I&#8217;m sorry but I don&#8217;t know that I&#8217;ll EVER be a fan of this holiday. \u00c2\u00a0I&#8217;ve tried various tactics to keep it a simple day but no matter what it&#8217;s just a big stress ball of a day!<\/p>\n<p>And, today we start the candy battle &#8211; where I try to keep them from losing their teeth and minds to all that sugar! \u00c2\u00a0Part of me thinks &#8216;let them eat it all today&#8217; and part of me wants to slap that part for being so crazy!<\/p>\n<p>One funny thing, when the kids were younger I instituted a candy tax&#8230;and now they gladly give me a few candies they know I will love!
