Certainly NOT minor to us!!)<\/em> surgery.  We are home safe and sound now &#8211; he had some trouble coming out of anesthesia but after some additional medication got that resolved and was able to come home.  I took a couple pictures to share with his family:<\/p>\n<p>Wheeling in&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/osbornz.net\/amy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/j1presurgery.jpg\" alt=\"j1presurgery.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Still wheeling&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/osbornz.net\/amy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/j1presurgery2.jpg\" alt=\"j1presurgery2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Waiting for the Surgeon&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/osbornz.net\/amy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/j1presurgery3.jpg\" alt=\"j1presurgery3.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>(edited to add: No, J1 didn&#8217;t triple in size.  They used this thing called &#8220;bear hug&#8221; to keep him warm.  I think it&#8217;s at the top of his Christmas list now! LOL)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Afterwards with his new friend&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/osbornz.net\/amy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/j1postsurgery.jpg\" alt=\"j1postsurgery.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Thank you for the prayers.  The outcome was the best possible scenario.
