Not sure why these didn’t get posted awhile back…guess I’ve been busy/distracted! 😉

I’m posting this one mainly for Ruth. Do you recognize this? On Thanksgiving, this casserole came right out of the oven and had to be taken next door. The tea cozy was the perfect solution! 😀
Here are my boys on Halloween….two pirates and a mime!

And, taken today – because I realized how few pictures I have of him….this is J1 today:

And, be sure to check out his brand new blog! J1of4
I’m heading to my Knitting Blog to post some pictures there if you want more! 🙂
We still have not told the boys about the developments in regards to their sister. Today, J1 prayed: “God, please protect our sister. If it isn’t your plan to have her live with us, please give her a family where she can learn about you and be safe.”
It touched me so much! I love to see these guys growing up. I love to see them working out their faith.
The conversation I just heard….
J3 (singing) “Joshie, Joshie, Joshie”
J2 (singing back) (well, he sang back Princess’ chosen name)
J3 “Joshua is gone. He’s dead.”
J2 “Yeah.”
J3 “Who do you love, Josh or Princess?
J2 “Joshua”
Argh – just the mention of one of those names is enough to upset me. And, now they are singing their names?!?! :( Can I never get a break! :( Yes, I’m grumpy – want to make something of it?!?! 😉
We are done! Two Stores, two eating establishments and I’m wiped out! I’m copying some pictures from Theresa’s blog because she got one of my shrug and a fun one of us all laughing that I really enjoyed!
First, my loot!
- 2 balls of Classic Elite Inca Alpaca in a dark blue. I think it will make a lovely scarf for Hubby!
- 2 balls of Jo Sharp Silkroad Aran Tweed – 85% wool, 10% silk and 5% Cashmere in a tweedy red. Thinking it will make some nice hand warmers or other fun gifts.
- size 7 Addis (I can never find a 7 when I need one)
- “Peg It” Knitting Counter. Cindy at Knit Night has one and I love it!! Can’t wait to put it in use!!
Now, for the pictures….

my favorite picture! Me, Ruth, Robin & Margaret (borrowed from Theresa’s blog)

My Shrug is done! (again, borrowed)
