We’ve been restricting JGirl’s pacifier usage…which sometimes requires that we hide them.  Tonight, she found the 2nd one.

“If one is good, two is better”

(I just stopped her from sharing her 2nd one with the puppies! lol)

And, because she is so cute and growing up so fast…here are some recent pictures:

As today is Wednesday, we had no end of errands.  For most of the errands it was the 5 of us.  I think anytime people see a family bigger than 4, they tend to just see a group.  Which is why we sometimes affectionately call our family “The Thundering Horde”.

But, after the library and the 2nd vet trip (sigh), the boys were too tired and so the girls continued on alone.  When we aren’t “The Thundering Horde”, JGirl gets waaaay more than her fair share of attention – I mean, who couldn’t let this face go past without commenting:

But how cute my daughter is, is not why I’m frowning.

The last stop of the day was the grocery store for a component of our meal that I completely forgot.  It is not a store I frequent normally, but it is the closest one to our new home.

The checker was oohing and aahing over JGirl and trying to get her to talk to her.  But then JGirl got a bit nervous when she called a few of her friends over.  The checker said ‘oh it’s ok she just wants to know if Mom….(looks at me) Gra….(still looking at me)….” and I correct her.  “It’s mom.” :(  It is the gray hair?  Is it the look of exhaustion?  Or is it that I have friends my age who really ARE grandma’s?  Sigh.  I don’t know.  But it was a crappy way to end the day!
