Did I tell you we made an offer on a house?
Did I tell you they came back and said ‘we have 4 offers – you are invited to give us your best offer’ (ie higher).
Did I tell you that we did raise our offer but only to what we could still afford?
Well, we did.
And, It’s confusing and I’m hoping for more details today. But our Realtor called last night and said they accepted our offer. And, they accepted our first offer…the one that was $13,000 less than our final offer! They want to close on August 5th. So baring any scary inspections results, we are going to be homeowners! In Northern California!! A place we never thought we could afford to buy a home!!
