Almost didn’t remember this one!  But today was a day full of people I am thankful for … Lots of family members came to our house for a big turkey dinner.  It was a great day and now I’m too tired to write more! 😉

Today I’m thankful that life doesn’t stay the same!
A week ago at this time, I was feeling pretty dismal about something that I could not control. Â But what a difference a week makes! Â I gave that situation to the Lord and then gave it back to Him again and again! (if you know me, you know this is true! lol) And, while there is still much room for improvement, I’m so thankful that we didn’t stay where we were last week!

I’m thankful for the glimpse’s (at least 3 – I should write them down) of cooperation I’ve seen from someone who hasn’t tried for months and months. I’m praying it’s a new normal. But even if it was just for today, I was blessed and I am thankful for it!

Today I’m thankful for my Hubs, who’s birthday is today. Â We couldn’t be more different and we’ve dealt with some of the biggest stressors life can throw at a couple and we are still strong. Â He is convicted, brave and willing to give others another chance again and again.
- I appreciate that I always know what he is thinking – no head games! Â It was important to me as a 19 yr old when we met and it’s important to me today!
- I appreciate he is a man who seeks after the Lord – even when it’s hard.
- I appreciate he is a man who enjoys a good time!
- I appreciate he is a good father to our kids and a good kid to his parents! 😉
I could go on, but real life intrudes and I am very busy today – I want to make him a special meal this evening!
