So, I had an epiphany last night during a very stressful time in our house.

I see the cup as half full. Even when it looks like it’s leaking – I work hard to try to see it at it’s fullest.

Dh not only sees the cup as half empty, but he thinks someone is going to come along and smash it.

sigh.

J3 is anxious to start homeschooling. Unfortunately we don’t have curriculum for him yet. So his repeated requests to do school are met with a ‘not now, sweetie’ reply.

Obviously this is not sitting well with him.

Today, as he was walking away from me, I heard him mutter“You just want me to be stupid!”

Hard to discipline a bad attitude when you are laughing out loud! 😉 Guess I’d better find some worksheets online to keep him busy! Anyone have a good resource for that?

J2 struggles with reading.  He struggles with language.  He struggles with writing…being understood…and understanding.

But he can see things we never can.  I was sent this puzzle in a homeschool group I belong too – I couldn’t figure it out.  Couldn’t even google the answer!

“OH J2…can you help me???”

Yep!  He did it!

Go try and see if you can figure this puzzle out….if you can, let me know….you are in good company with J2.  But if you are like me and need help, let me know and I’ll show you how J2 figured it out!  Smart Kid!!
