We are now going far enough in our training that we need “fuel” to keep going.  I was tickled to find a local favorite makes something JUST for this!   Wondering if I can justify a trip to the Jelly Belly factory for ‘research’. 😉
Project 365 – Day 36, 329 to go!

After the first month of being a Pacific Coaster, Nikki gave us all bracelets. I was happy to get it, but sadly it did not fit! However, now it does!! And, it’s even comfortably loose! Woot!!

It says “Pacific Coasters” and “Do the Thing ~ 457 mi” on the other! 🙂

Project 365 – Day 15, 350 to go!

I DID IT!

And, let’s just focus on that because I’m totally dreading doing it again! 😉

The walking wasn’t bad, but the running – oh my! lol  This week we are walking for 4 minutes and then running for 1.  Today we did 2 miles and tomorrow we will do 4.  I’m really only dreading it because I have two blisters now 🙁 and I’m not sure what will happen tomorrow.  But I am going to do this!

I have a great team who slowed down a bit for me – I felt bad but my goal at that point was to keep running and not stop…oh, and to breath! 😉

You really don’t need to remind me of my age… my weight….or question if I’ve lost my mind….believe me I know I’m out of shape (ha!), soft and better suited for knitting on the couch.  But this is why it’s a challenge! I know it is a BIG challenge that I’ve set in front of myself, but I also know that setting a challenge and MEETING that challenge will be very empowering.  And, I could use some power in my life.  But I definitely appreciate your prayers! I’ve NEVER opted to do something this hard.  I’ve lived through some hard things, but not CHOSEN them!

I’ve been trying to find the right Scripture to get me through this – something I can repeat to myself to keep me going.  Right now the it seems to be:

Phl 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

I appreciate your prayers.
