My three yr old is enjoying the sun in the backyard – I’m stuck in here! If we didn’t need to watch a video for science we’d be out there!

Getting ready for another 6 miles today. My knee is giving me a little bit of trouble 🙁 Prayers appreciated that it’s nothing!
