My heart is heavy for a family that lost their little one (21 mos old)-it reminds me of losing Joshua. So hard. Please pray for the family!

Do any of my online friends make attractive medic alert bracelets? I need one for my penicillin allergy – I’m also allergic to some metals.

Was frustrated that the scale wasn’t showing any loss when I feel definite change. Then today, Woosh! That was nice! 🙂

Today making pizza dough and more Christmas bread. But all I want to do is nap! 😉

Home from the 5mi walk – a bit slower today but I did get a bit running in too! I love getting to that 2 mile endorphin rush! Woot!
