Well, it turns out you don’t even have to go out to get in an accident.
ugh.
Last night I was going to bed and I heard a big bang. I thought someone threw something at the house. Eric heard it too so he went out to check it out. The house and window was fine so I went back to bed. About 10 min later he comes in to tell me that he’d called the police because someone had hit the van. The van that is parked in the driveway.
ugh.
The damage looks minimal and we think it’s driveable (though I won’t drive it today until Eric come home and we take it to our local body shop for an estimate). The lights still work. But the back door will not open.
ugh.
Unbelievable – parked in your driveway even! What a bummer.
