We had a few people let us know that both Eric and I needed to be at last night’s Awanas award night for J2. I knew how hard J2 had worked on his Awanas verses, but I knew he had fallen way short of many of his peers. And, this being our first year of Awanas, I had no idea what type of awards they even gave out.
He had won “Clubber of the Year” for the boys – which is awarded for “overall attitude, attendance, participation, preparedness and effort”! 🙂

WOW!!! Grandma and I are so proud of this ahievment for J2. Can’t wait to see him in person on Saturday and give him a proper congratulation. What a great looking guy.
