Thanks to marvels of technology and some planning, I queued up a bunch of posts and then focused on caring for my family. It started with the boys – fevers, headaches, head colds, ugh! By Friday night I was feverish and now, I’m exhausted but feeling better! Thanks to my Mom for her frequent trips over here with popsicles and TLC and Uncle Steve who came over and made the BEST chicken soup for us!
When we get sick, it affects our view. Life seems a bit dimmer. A bit darker and harder. So, even though we are feeling better, (except for Sissy – please pray for her!) we are sort of left with the after affects. We are depressed and worried. Worried about finances, our jobs, our life.  We will get our hearts and attitudes adjusted – don’t worry. But I think I understand maybe WHY this happens.
Maybe we need a different place to store the medication so we can have an unobstructed view of life!
