I think tonight’s dinner will be a new favorite for me! Hope the kids quit complaining about the fact it contains spinach. It smells divine!

Bread is baked…dinner is prepped…laundry & work are always ongoing…I think it’s good time 2 knit! Isn’t it ALWAYS a good time 2 knit?

Bummer – no honey to make WW bread. Does anyone have a recipe for good WW bread that doesn’t require honey? My fav recipes all require it.

I think I might be able to bake bread today. (Finally found Vital Wheat Gluten last night) But first I have to walk away from the computer!

Workout done, working and doing laundry. Homeschooling later. Pretty quiet day until KNIT NIGHT TONIGHT! Woohoo! Almost perfect day!
