This is one of my favorite days of this season! Most of the chores are done and we are prepared for Christmas, but we don’t really have anything we have to do! Traditionally this is the day we mail our Christmas letter – yeah, it’s always late, but that’s tradition too!

Last year we put it online and this year we will to – not sure if it will work if you don’t have Word on your computer, but if you care to catch up with us this year, check out this link: Osborn Family Christmas Letter.

I hope you all find a quiet moment in the next few days to reflect on the gift from the Lord that we commemmorate this season and the sacrifice that He made for us by becoming human. Not to mention His sacrificial death on the cross so we could be with Him for all eternity!

This morning we visited J3’s preschool because Santa was coming to school!

Here is J3 and some of his buddies doing the hokey-pokey – I think they are putting their right foot in…not sure! 😉

After Santa arrived, J3 didn’t take his eyes off him for a minute! lol

Then it was his turn to visit Santa

And, he got a gift – which he quickly unwrapped

And even his brothers got into it – taking pics with Santa

Today DH went to Joshua’s grave. He goes several times during the year. He changes the flowers and sometimes puts something there for the holiday. I don’t go. Ever. I was there on February 29, 2003 when we had his memorial. Then maybe once more when DH took all of us. But not since then. I won’t go. That is NOT how I want to memorialize him.

But DH goes faithfully. He goes alone. Does he want to be alone? What does he do out there? Am I a bad wife because I don’t go with him?

Just wondering…
