Today I’m thankful for my chef-in-training who wants to cook dinner for our incoming* grandparents tonight! So tonight I will be treated to Chicken Parmesan over pasta along with the family!
* At least we hope they are still incoming – a flat tire on their RV has delayed them. I can’t imagine what a pain that must be! Praying for a quick resolution and a safe journey here!
Today I am thankful for my crockpot. I love the ability to throw ingredients in the morning and then a meal is ready at dinner time! 🙂 Especially on busy days like today.

Yesterday was crazy and I didn’t get to post. But I was definitely thankful! For an ES who sent me a text to remind me of Jeremy’s testing because it completely fell off my radar, and for the ability to vote by mail as there was no time to do that yesterday!
