Today I’m thankful for my chef-in-training who wants to cook dinner for our incoming* grandparents tonight! So tonight I will be treated to Chicken Parmesan over pasta along with the family!
* At least we hope they are still incoming – a flat tire on their RV has delayed them. I can’t imagine what a pain that must be! Praying for a quick resolution and a safe journey here!
