Saturdays mornings are very flexible at our house – until 10am or so when we start chores. Until 10 am we all lay around – sleep in – watch tv….all those things we don’t do every other morning of the week. Today I overheard….
J3: “Mom, can I go back to bed?”
and before I can reply
J2: “You can do anything but throw a party and order Chinese food!”
LOL no idea where they get these ideas! But it made me laugh!
Yesterday, my friend Trina walked over for Day Knit at my house. When she got here, this is what we saw!

Today’s mail brought this package – SUPER fast – I just order them on Tuesday!
Diaper Covers – wasn’t sure which one I wanted so I bought one of each – and two Snappis. Best thing – it came with a how-to booklet! Sweet!

Today a family friend showed up with a gift for JGirl from their family!
And, then J3 returned from a trip to the dollar store with Grandpa with this (sigh)
As we are preparing for a big, Big, BIG change in our lives very soon I thought it would be a good idea to put some meals in the freezer. I just know that the first thing I’m not going to want to do is cook every night. So, the easier I can make it the better! I would love to hear what your favorite recipes for the freezer, crockpot or just tips to make life easier at mealtime.
I’ve already recruited my mom to help me get my kitchen and my freezer in tip-top shape – now I just need those recipes and advice!!

Today while I was figuring out the correct way to thread my sling, J3 ran to get baby-a (his baby doll) to put in the sling. I convinced him to let me put it on him with baby-a and take a picture. But then I had to promise to crop any part of his face! LOL
