My favorite place to be – poem

I’m challenging myself to write more. To that end, I’ve found a site called “Mama’s Losin’ It!” which shares weekly writing prompts. This week it was very hard to chose a topic from the list of 5 (visit her website to see them all).  Nothing seemed to fit me.  Finally, at the last minute, I chose “Write a poem about your favorite place to be”.

Loud.
Busy.
Filled.
Tears.
Laughter.
Hugs.
Learning.
Chores.
Comforting.
Welcoming.
Safe.

Home.
