It’s too early to buy anything for JGirl…but that doesn’t keep me from virtually shopping! And, due to my “baby smart” friends – I’ve come up with some wants!!Check out this stroller…

And, we realized our boys are so old we’re going to reinvest in one of these again…

OK Mommies – I know you’ve got opinions! What are your favorites??

EDITED TO ADD:  You know this is called virtual shopping – not reality.  Compare it to window shopping!  I think those that really know me, know that I’m not likely to spend that much on anything.   I’m just trying to generate a conversation with some friends…not open myself up for criticism.

8 Thoughts on “Doing some virtual shopping :D

  1. Amy,

You are killing me with all the pink! 🙂 I know it is fun though. So, will you let us know as soon as you know her size?

What other things do you need?

  2. Call me old and old-fashioned! I have trouble with a $200 stroller, and a pink car seat, when the blue one free…I am obviously waayy out of touch here!

  3. I say go PINK. You’ve had enough blue to last a lifetime. Don’t get a Walgreens ear themometer. They’re junk. That’s the only one I’ve ever bought. I love the open top swings – they are so nice to get the baby out of.

Make sure your stroller has a big basket under it for all your junk.

Have you found out when you’re going yet?

  4. The stroller looks nice. For my 4th baby, I finally had a baby shower with my family because we were actually in the same state as them for a week or two near the end of my pregnancy. I got a lot of gift cards from Babies R Us and used them to splurge on the stroller I’d always wanted for baby #1. It’s a Combi umbrella stroller and looks a lot like the one you pictured. It’s only 7 pounds, folds twice so it gets really small and it can fully recline! It has shoulder strap so it’s easy to carry around. It was our best baby purchase ever.

Oh, I know you do some charity knitting. Would your group be interested in the yarn I purged from my stash? It’s mostly full skeins that were left over from finished projects, multiple skeins from projects I’m never going to do and odds and ends that would make nice granny squares for an afghan. Let me know.

I love all those choices – cept the high chair. Too many places for food to hide. ;0)

How fun to plan for a little girl! I’m with Perri – don’t even worry about shopping pink. All moms need a little pink in their lives. lol

  6. I love the high chair, honey…reminds me of our old one…you can always take it out in the yard and hose it off if it gets too gunked up…is the seat easy to remove? Let’s go reality shopping this week! oxma

  7. I would have LOVED to have those pink ones with the girls!!… They got stuck with the boys’ hand me down ones though. *lol*

  8. I am out of practice with these items, but it looks like fun! GO PINK! :o)
