This last weekend was Mother’s day. Â Historically that is a week which has been a real downer for me. Â First it was infertility, then after losing Joshua it always a day of grief too. Â I’m doing better in the grief department but it still can be a mixed blessings day. Â However, this year, my youngest boy made me a cake!
You will note there is no picture of the finished cake. Â Oops! But it was good and we shared it with my mom and sister so they can attest to it’s goodness too! Â It was so nice to be thought of that way! Also, my Hubs and second oldest made me a big breakfast Sunday morning – pics of that are on Facebook if you are my FB friend. 🙂
