We had lots of house drama last night in the midst of JGirl’s birthday but we finally put an end to it and got onto the party! Here are some pictures:

then it was time for cake! Unfortunately, it didn’t go well. The cake alone was a big sensory experience and then all the voices and faces, I was pretty worried she’d get overwhelmed. But we both survived it! 😉

How exciting first birthdays are! It is amazing how quickly those birthdays fly by. Isaac just turned five yesterday, and I don’t know how. Another milestone.

Amanda didn’t do her birthday cake… She stuck one finger in the cake, tasted it, and made a face like she had sucked on a sour pickle… Then REFUSED to have anything else to do with it! *rofl*
