“Why the change”, Sara asked in comments

Well, nothing really. I’ve been an open book for several years online and nothing negative has ever happened to me. But as J1 is getting older we are giving him time online – and we have tons of guidelines to protect him. But, then I realized how open I’ve been on the website – free to share names, locations, etc. and I’d never let him do those things. Does that make sense? It’s too hot for a better explanation than that! 😉

  1. it makes perfect sense to me! i’ve also changed to nick names for the kiddos… and i don’t put addys or anything like that down either..very smart. i’ve been totally doint the same thing figureing if i require my DD to keep her room clean i better keep mine and the house clean KWIM? they of course learn by example!
    hugs to you!

  2. Hello, I just discovered your blog. I’m in Stockton, CA and would like to invite you to join my Northern California Knitters group (an msn group). My main focus there is to provide information and help to other knitters through the membership. That will include forming a list of yarn stores, as well as help with knitting.

I’m also a christian woman. I’m married, have grown children and 7 grandchildren.
