Yeah! Good for you! I am proud of you. I am starting to walk inside using the Leslie Sansone Walk the Walk dvd and even got hubby to wake up 15 minutes early to do it with me. I like it so far. I haven’t done for one week now though because of being sick with a cold and asthma (hard to walk when you are not breathing! LOL). Keep up the good work. Walking is good for the mind/brain as well as the body! And I find, when I am walking outside, it’s a good time to talk to the Lord too.
