We found this on the back of a Betty Crocker cake mix and we love it! Hope you do too!
Lemonade Cake
- 1 box Betty Crocker lemon cake mix
- water, oil & eggs called for on cake mix box
- 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (1/2 of a 12 oz. size can)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container Betty Crocker Whipped fluffy white frosting
Make cake as directed for 13×9 in pan. Cool for 15 min.
Stir together lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar. Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with long-tined fork. drizzle lemonade mixture over top of cake. Run knife around side of pan to loose cake. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
Spread frosting evenly over top of cake.
