Ok – this might be unsettling for a few readers – but I have a dilemma. We are six people living in a house with one bathroom. We actually make this work…but just about every day I have a problem.
I’m brushing my teeth and midway I wonder….is my brush the purple one with pink bristles or is it the red one with pink bristles?? AM I USING THE WRONG BRUSH?!?!
I try to keep everyone using the same color but getting the same brush/bristle combination doesn’t always work.
Short of buying Eric and I a really nice system like the Sonicare system and letting the kids worry about their own colors (but you know I’ll still wonder!?!)…how do others handle this situation?
Sorry “getting another bathroom” or “get a bigger house” are not helpful solutions! ;-)Â Any other suggestions are VERY appreciated! 😀

What about a piece of masking tape with names on them wrapped around the handle. If you have one of those label makers that would work too – You may have to replace them from time to time, but much better than wondering.
I sometimes have to stop and think about which is mine and it’s just Bill and I and we use a Sonicare. LOL I suggest writing each person’s name on the handle with a sharpie. It will probably eventually rub off but by then it will probably be time to get new toothbrushes anyway.
Tape your handle! Or, Keep your brush in your roon when it’s not in use!
you could buy all new ones, trash the old ones and label the new ones…that is my only idea…
I say make labels…
