I’m trying to get back into bulk cooking.  Collecting some links and thought someone else might benefit from these too!  Note:  I don’t do Once a Month Cooking (OAMC) because I never seem to have a day when I can do all that work.  But if I’m making chili – why not make 4 batches?? :-)  Anyway, here are links that might be helpful!

Hi Amy. I too am a PW. I just found a helpful site called saving dinner. I do bulk cooking and also oamc sometimes. It is harder for me to do that now, because I have a chronic illness. I keep trying to find helps. This saving dinner site is menu plans that are emailed to you. I just started it.

Thanks for the links. I also can’t do just OAMC because it is too hard for me and I have literally on 2 square feet of counter space which makes it hard too. I do bulk cooking in batches. And you know on tired days it is so nice to pull something from the freezer and put it together to make a nice meal…and it leaves more time for knitting! :o) Sorry I haven’t written…lots of stress with Tim’s illness, starting homeschooling up again, having sever asthma problems and grieving, which as you know can drain you of all energy to be a human being. Even though I don’t write I ahve been thinking of you and checking your blog and sending up arrow prayers! I miss you!
