Doesn’t everyone sort their candy by color and eat the smallest pile first??? I took the picture after I ate the yellow (my least favorite so they are ALWAYS the first to go regardless of the quantity!) and the orange.
If you think this is weird -well, then you probably don’t want to see my eat M&Ms! 😉 Why can’t they just sell one color at a time? SOME of us would like it better that way!
And, yes…because my siblings will be sure to ask…you are supposed to use 40 marshmellows in Rice Crispy treats! Not 39 – not 41. 40. If they didn’t mean 40, they wouldn’t say 40. And, I’ll gladly be the counter every time!

I sort my candies, too, but it’s a purposeful ramdom. I used to sort my M&Ms by color, too. You know you can order separate colors online and even get special colors (and color mixes) that don’t you don’t get in the regular bags. Love the rice crispy treat tip! No wonder mine always vary from batch to batch.
