I’m not doing very well.
I can’t seem to stop crying.
Last night we watched about 10 min of a movie dealing with a death – and then I got a message from a mom who lost her son – and suddenly I could not stop crying. I went to my room and cried and cried. J3 came in and tried to make me feel better – bless him! When that failed he went to tell Daddy. I finally went to bed and prayed today would be better. But so far, I’m just well-rested, but as sad as I was.
I don’t want to bore you all with the details…but please pray that I can get my heart adjusted so that I can do what is necessary for this busy, busy holiday week.

You are in my prayers today especially as I know how heavy the load of grief can be. I soooo understand the unstoppable tears from out of nowhere, and the unexpected trigger of the grief.

Amy, I have been wondering the last couple days. I’m glad you said something. A good cry helps from time to time. For me it is like a pressure valve to let out some of the pain. Crying is hard for hubbies and little boys to see, but it is better than holding all that in. I’ll keep praying. (I’m having computer problems so I may disapper for a few days, but I won’t stop praying)
