I don’t think I’m cut out for this! Yes, my house looks great. Â Yes, my laundry is all caught up. Â Yes, my meals are planned. Â Yes, my lesson plans are done and printed for the rest of the month.
But I miss the crazy pace of my normal life! If I didn’t know I’d be back to homeschooling J2 next week, I’d be really lost! Â The house is too quiet. Â The doggies don’t like to talk to me. Â I find myself doing silly things like trying to clean the kitchen floor while the microwave cooks my lunch!
I obviously need the challenge of balancing the roles of wife, mom, homeschooler and employee. Â All four are necessary to keep me from talking to doggies and spot cleaning the carpet! 😉
Well, you’ve got me beat with the laundry being done and the house being cleaned. Meals are planned, but only for a short stint – I think you start writing calendars for other SAHM’s – maybe then we could all get caught up – except maybe that would put you behind…hm. Thanks Amy for keeping your writing so regular, I don’t think you know that you’re an inspiration to me in that – 🙂 Also, I love your 100 things – I may have to steal it and make my own. 🙂 – Becca
