Every time I start to look at info on my kids’ issues, I run up against the need for a gfcf diet which terrifies me. Anyone BTDT? advice?

I haven’t done it, but I know a lot of people who have, and it can be done quite successfully and have amazing results. There are a LOT of resources out there for recipes/menu planning/etc. It might help to think of it as a food allergy – it will be learning new things, but it’s for their health. If there aren’t any changes, you’ve got nothing to lose, but if it helps, how awesome would that be?? LMK if you need/want help finding resources to switch over. Trader Joe’s has a lot of good stuff at pretty good prices (you just have to stay away from the chocolate and treats ;), that’s my downfall!).
Thanks Trina. I’m still in the “considering” it phase – same as I’ve been for about a year now. Part of my problem is that I’m too busy/overwhelmed to take on something this big. But I see tons of resources now that weren’t there the first 100 times I’ve considered this. Even Grocery Outlet has GF snacks and foods now!
